Ugandan singer and content creator Winnie Nakafeero, better known as Winnie Wa Mummy, has officially lodged a complaint of cyberstalking and harassment against outspoken socialite Prima Kadarshi (real name Ndagire Prima).
The case was filed on December 31, 2025, at Lubowa Police Station in Kampala under reference number 18/31/12/2025.
In a statement released by Winnie Wa Mummy and her management team, they explained the decision:
“Our artist, Nakafeero Winnie, has officially reported a case of persistent cyberstalking and harassment to Lubowa Police Station.
Suspect: Ndagire Prima
Offence: Cyber Stalking
Cyber harassment is a serious crime, and we urge everyone to respect boundaries and personal safety online.
We have zero tolerance for any form of harassment directed at our artists. This behaviour has gone on for far too long, and we are fully supporting Winnie as the authorities handle the matter.”
The allegations stem from Prima Kadarshi’s frequent TikTok live sessions, where she discusses public affairs, debts, and often criticizes celebrities. Her comments have previously sparked backlash from figures like socialite Bad Black, with Winnie Wa Mummy becoming the latest target.
Prima Kadarshi is expected to be summoned by police to record a statement as investigations begin.
As of January 1, 2026, Prima has not publicly responded to the allegations. Stay tuned for updates.
