Rising stars Aaronx and Gloria Bugie finally came face-to-face on Galaxy TV’s Flexx show yesterday, and what started as an interview quickly turned into a full-blown verbal showdown that had viewers glued to their screens.
It all traces back to July on Sanyuka TV’s UnCut, where Aaronx threw major shade, declaring he’d never collab with Gloria Bugie. “I’m a gentle guy with classy fans who have shame. Her past? No way – even sitting next to her would irritate them,” he said, adding he’d be too embarrassed to date her because of family backlash.

Fast-forward to their tense meeting: Gloria, the fierce “Chikicha” queen, wasted no time firing back. She claimed she didn’t even know Aaronx existed or had ever heard his music!
“Artists who climb by dragging others down need to stop. Look at this one next to me – he talked big before, now he’s silent. That nonsense doesn’t work. Just grind hard!”
Aaronx tried defending himself, saying his comments were “in good faith” and advising her to ditch the body-flaunting for better music. But Gloria wasn’t having it: “Focus on your music instead of acting like women. I could never work with someone who’s not straight!” Boom – mic drop moment!
Furious, Gloria Bugie then stood up and stormed off the set, leaving everyone stunned.
