Sheebah Karungi Fires Back at Jeff Kiwa, Alleges Paid Bloggers and Song Theft in Explosive Feud

Sheebah Karungi accuses ex-manager Jeff Kiwa of paying bloggers to attack her and stealing her song Nobody ahead of her concert.

Ugandan music queen Sheebah Karungi has unleashed a fiery response to her former manager Jeff Kiwa, accusing him of orchestrating a smear campaign and stealing her song Nobody. Speaking at a press conference for her upcoming Return Of The Queen concert, Sheebah didn’t hold back, exposing the simmering tension between her camp and Kiwa’s Team No Sleep. The fallout, rooted in their professional split, has escalated into a public battle over intellectual property and loyalty.

Sheebah, once a star under Kiwa’s management, claimed he’s now paying bloggers to tarnish her reputation online. “Jeff has bloggers on his payroll to attack me,” she alleged, addressing the feud head-on. The heart of the conflict lies in the song Nobody, which both Sheebah and Team No Sleep’s new artists, Jowy Landa and Ava Peace, claim as their own. Sheebah accused Kiwa of masterminding the song’s theft, vowing to release it herself. “Last time I checked, you called yourself a pro. Why dig in an amateur’s library?” she jabbed. “I’m 35—I’m done sugarcoating. That song is mine, and it will be released.”

Turning to Ava Peace, who has openly admired her, Sheebah offered pointed advice: “There are no shortcuts to greatness. Don’t dim your own light by copying my path—you could shine even brighter.” Her words, blending defiance and mentorship, have set social media ablaze, with fans rallying behind her while others speculate on Team No Sleep’s next move. As the Return Of The Queen concert looms, this saga raises questions: Will Sheebah reclaim Nobody and triumph over the drama, or will this feud reshape Uganda’s music landscape? The stage is set for a showdown.
