Popular media personality Viana Indi (real name Vivian Ayesiga Kabahindi) has officially joined Kampala-based NRG Radio Uganda. The bubbly presenter, who recently left Next Media’s NBS TV and NEXT Radio after four years, will host the NRG Circle show from 7pm to 10pm, Monday to Thursday.
Media personality Viana Indi, whose real name is Vivian Ayesiga Kabahindi, has been welcomed as the latest addition to the team at NRG Radio Uganda in Kampala.
The move comes after she parted ways with Next Media’s NBS TV and NEXT Radio at the beginning of March, following four years with the broadcaster. In a farewell message, Viana expressed gratitude to her former employers for the opportunities that supported her professional growth, learning, and networking.
Her arrival at NRG Radio was officially announced on Sunday through the station’s social media channels, with the station posting: “She is home. She is where she belongs.”
Viana revealed she will be hosting The NRG Circle, a new show airing from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm, Monday to Thursday.
Expressing her enthusiasm about the new chapter, Viana described joining NRG Radio as “stepping into pure energy” — a fast-paced, lively environment that marks “a whole new era” in her broadcasting career.
The bubbly presenter is expected to bring her signature energy and charisma to the station starting this week.
