Rising Ugandan singer Tracy Mirembe, popularly known as Tracy Melon, has taken Bebe Cool’s recent remarks in stride, turning them into motivation for her New Year’s goals.
In his 2025 Bebe Cool List release, the veteran artist admitted hearing her music everywhere but not personally knowing the face or voice behind it – a comment that highlighted her strong audio presence despite limited personal recognition.
During a recent interview, Tracy embraced the feedback gracefully:
“That is one of my resolutions this year: I want to work more on helping people get to know me. Most people know the person but do not know the songs. Some know the songs but do not know the person. I really want to work on putting the face to the name.”
She revealed that Bebe Cool isn’t alone – many fans adore her tracks but can’t match them to her image. Moving forward, the breakout star plans to prioritize visibility through more public appearances, performances, and engagements to bridge that gap.
