Ugandan music icon Bebe Cool has dropped his annual Bebe Cool List 2025, spotlighting the standout artists, songs, albums, and collaborations that shaped the year while delivering a candid assessment of the industry’s trajectory.
In his detailed breakdown shared on January 1, 2026, Bebe Cool noted that 2025 outshone 2024 in creativity, thanks to younger artists pushing boundaries and expanding what audiences accept as music. However, he warned of an overall decline in quality compared to previous years, blaming laziness, low confidence, excuses, and drug abuse.
