Uganda Police dismiss claims of detaining Alien Skin, say he’s on the run for questioning in Top Dancer’s murder, urging public tips.
Uganda Police have shut down rumors that they secretly grabbed Fangone Forest boss and singer Alien Skin. Friends and fans of the artist hit social media yesterday with placards, demanding police show him. They said his phones were off and he was missing from home. Fik Gaza led the group, claiming a hidden arrest and giving a 24-hour deadline.

Deputy Police Spokesperson SP Patrick Onyango cleared it up in a radio chat. He said Alien Skin is not in custody. Instead, he’s wanted to answer questions about the murder of ex-camp member Wilfred Namuwaya, alias Top Dancer. Onyango asked people to share tips on his location in private. The police are hunting him down.

We are actively searching for him to arrest him. We need him to answer the allegations. We request the public to give us the information,” Onyango said.
